So, I had some time off for the past few weeks, and having virtually no luck in the field of traditional media, I decided to break in my new drawing tablet and give this whole “color” thing another shot. With that, I went and created this – my OC, Carrie, done in the Shantae: Half-Genie Hero style, which I’ve also been playing recently. (Granted, It’s not a perfect replication of said style, but ah well.)

In any case, I thought I’d go ahead and show the end result here, for what it’s worth. Cheers!

Also, I want to give a more proper thanks to those that went out of their way to offer their advice and support when I was going through one of my low periods not too long ago. (Back when I was venting about how everything I draw looks awful.) I know it’s a bit late, but still… thank you, guys. I honestly didn’t expect anywhere near the amount of support that I got, and it was truly amazing to see so many people trying to help me out. (Which is something very new to me.) So, yeah… thank you once again, good people. You have no idea how much I appreciate it. ^-^
