First off who the FUCK do you think you people are for saying any immigrants with felonies deserve to be deported? Do you know what a felony is?
It’s not all murder and kidnappings and child pornography. These I would be perfectly willing to have someone deported because THAT’S A THREAT TO SOCIETY. Many a time people who murder, kidnap, spread child porn, sexually assault people, abuse people ((children or adults, it doesn’t matter. Abuse is abuse.)) WILL REPEAT. THIS TYPE OF SHIT HAD REPEAT OFFENDERS.
Y’know what else is a felony though? Breaking into someones house and stealing a futon. Setting fire to a mailbox for shits and giggles. An officer stops paying attention and starts gesturing with his gun in a courtroom and the judge feels threatened? THAT CAN BE A FELONY TOO, FRIENDS!!
I’m not in a position to disclose the felony that’s tied to Colors dad, but I can assure you it wasn’t any of the above mentioned. It happened several decades ago, so far back that, had it warranted deportation, he would have already been removed from the country.
You deport terrorists. You deport murderers. You deport sex offenders. You deport kidnappers, people that possess and spread child porn. You deport abusers. There is next to no reason to deport someone for stealing a futon. Or setting fire to a mailbox. Or getting heated in a courtroom. Simple as that. And even then, why do other countries deserve to deal with this type of thing? What did THEY do to deserve the threat of this criminal? Probably nothing, tbh. ((See: people feeling threatened by all Muslims in general because ISIS exists.)).
Personally, I’d rather see Life In Jail with No Parole as the final indisputable sentence for people that fall under the type that would warrant deportation. Hell, depending on how bad the crime is, even a death sentence would work ((I’m looking at YOU, child sex trade losers. Kidnapping AND child molesting. It’s disgusting. Don’t fucking do that.))
So no, to the choice few people demanding all legally immigrated felons be deported, think about what you’re saying before saying it maybe? The justice system has deportation as an option for those that are ACTUALLY THREATENING TO THE COUNTRY, which Colors father literally is the exact opposite of lmao.
I’m also disregarding the bit about ILLEGAL immigrants because fact of the matter is, it doesn’t related at all to this situation. He is not an illegal immigrant. He has citizenship. He is a valid citizen of the USofA Y’all wanna discourse illegal immigrants go find a post that’s ACTUALLY ABOUT illegal immigrants to discourse on.
